Welcome to The Palms at Paradox! Our stylish, family-friendly condo is designed to be a comfortable home base for families and groups visiting Central Florida's world-famous attractions. You'll have the entire private first-floor condo to yourselves, including a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms, and three uniquely designed bedrooms. The condo sleeps up to 10 guests: 🛏️ Primary Bedroom: 1 king bed 🍄 Super Mario Room: 1 full-over-full bunk bed — sleeps up to 4 🌺 Stitch Room: 2 full-size beds — sleeps up to 4 The Palms at Paradox combines a modern tropical resort aesthetic with playful, family-friendly themed spaces, creating a fun and comfortable place to relax between adventures. The living room features comfortable seating, custom wood accents, tropical-inspired décor, a large TV and an electric fireplace. 🚗 Gated Community Access The Palms at Paradox is located inside the gated Storey Lake community. For security and convenience, guests will receive a personalized QR code within 24-48 hours of their scheduled check-in. This QR code is used to enter and exit the community during your stay. Please make sure you have access to the QR code when arriving at the community gate. Additional arrival and parking instructions will be provided before your stay. 🏡 A Few Things to Know • The condo is located on the first floor, making access convenient for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. • The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. • The full-over-full bunk bed is located in the Super Mario-themed bedroom. • The condo is located within a shared resort community, so guests are expected to respect community rules regarding noise, parking and use of shared amenities. • Parties and events may be permited upon request. • Central Florida can be warm and humid, with occasional afternoon thunderstorms, particularly during the summer months. The condo is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Our goal is simple: to give your family or group a beautiful, comfortable and memorable place to come home to after a day of exploring Orlando. 🌴☀️

We want you to have an amazing Disney-area vacation while helping us keep The Palms at Paradox beautiful and comfortable for future guests. Please take a few minutes to review these house rules before and during your stay. 🏡 1. Treat Our Home Like Your Own We’ve put a lot of thought and care into creating The Palms at Paradox. Please treat the home, furniture, décor, appliances, and amenities with care. If something is accidentally damaged or broken, please let us know as soon as possible. Accidents happen—we simply appreciate knowing about them so we can take care of things quickly. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 2. Maximum Occupancy The Palms at Paradox accommodates up to 10 overnight guests. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed on your reservation. If your plans change and you would like to add guests, please contact us before they arrive. 🎉 3. No Parties or Events Parties, events, celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or large gatherings are not permitted. Storey Lake is a residential vacation community, and we ask that you help us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors and fellow guests. 🤫 4. Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During these hours, please keep music, television, conversations, and other noise at a respectful level. 🚭 5. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside The Palms at Paradox. If smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas, please use those areas and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Never leave cigarette butts on patios, walkways, landscaping, or other common areas. 🐾 6. Pets Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved by the host in advance. 🏊 7. Storey Lake Amenities Storey Lake's pools, clubhouse, fitness facilities, playgrounds, and other community amenities are shared amenities and are subject to the community's rules. Please follow all posted Storey Lake rules and instructions from community staff. Important: Guests use community amenities at their own risk. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult, particularly around pools and other recreational areas. Please do not bring glass containers into pool areas or other locations where they are prohibited. 🚗 8. Parking Please park only in spaces designated for our unit and follow all Storey Lake parking regulations. Do not block driveways, sidewalks, entrances, fire lanes, or neighboring spaces. Please make sure all vehicles are properly registered or otherwise comply with the community's current parking requirements. 🗑️ 9. Trash Please follow the trash and recycling instructions provided in the home. Do not leave garbage bags, food, or other waste outside the unit unless specifically instructed to do so. Florida's heat can make food and garbage attract unwanted pests very quickly, so please dispose of food waste promptly. ❄️ 10. Air Conditioning Florida gets hot! Please help us keep the home comfortable and the A/C running efficiently. • Keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running. • Please don't set the thermostat to an extreme temperature. • Turn off lights and unnecessary electronics when leaving. • Please let us know if the home is not cooling properly. 🏖️ 11. Pool & Water Items Please help us keep the home clean after enjoying Storey Lake's pools and Florida's many attractions. • Do not place wet towels on beds or upholstered furniture. • Please use designated areas for wet swimsuits and towels. • Remove excessive water from your belongings before bringing them inside. • Please do not bring pool furniture or community property back to the condo. 👟 12. Sand & Shoes We love Florida beaches just as much as you do—but sand can be extremely difficult to remove from floors, rugs, and furniture! Whenever possible, please shake out beach items and rinse off sand before bringing them inside. Please avoid placing sandy towels, shoes, beach toys, or clothing on beds and upholstered furniture. 🛏️ 13. Bedding & Furniture Please use the appropriate beds and bedding for the number of guests in your reservation. Do not sleep directly on couches or upholstered furniture without appropriate bedding. Please do not move beds, large furniture, wall décor, televisions, or other furnishings. 🔥 14. Open Flames Candles, incense, fireworks, and other open flames are not permitted inside the condo. Please follow all community rules regarding grills and outdoor cooking. 🔐 15. Security For everyone's safety: • Lock doors and windows whenever you leave. • Do not give access codes or keys to unauthorized guests. • Never prop open exterior doors. • Please report any suspicious activity or security concerns to the appropriate community personnel and/or host. 🚨 16. Emergencies & Maintenance If there is an emergency, call 911 first. For non-emergency maintenance issues, appliance problems, A/C issues, plumbing concerns, or anything else that needs attention, please contact us through the messaging platform used for your reservation. Please don't attempt major repairs yourself. 📸 17. Enjoy the Theme! The Palms at Paradox was designed to be a fun, comfortable home base for your Central Florida vacation. Enjoy the décor, take lots of pictures, make memories, and have a fantastic time—but please don't remove artwork, decorations, games, furniture, or other items from the home. ❤️ Our Most Important Rule Have an amazing vacation!
